How do I book a home visit?
Book at least 3 hours before your preferred time by messaging our customer service on WhatsApp at 0817-0648-288.
Do I need to fast first?
It depends on the test. Fasting blood glucose and lipid panels usually ask for 10–12 hours of fasting, and you may still drink water. We confirm what your tests require when we confirm your appointment, so you never have to guess.
Is it safe to have blood drawn at home?
The draw is done by a certified health worker using single-use equipment opened in front of you. Samples travel to a Plebo network laboratory in temperature-controlled containers.
Do you cover my area?
Our home service coverage keeps expanding, and not every area is available every day. Send us your address on WhatsApp and we will check availability before booking you in.
When will my results be ready?
Results are ready within 24 hours and arrive in the Plebo App with a doctor's interpretation.
What payment methods are available?
QRIS, credit card, and virtual account transfers via ATM, mobile banking or internet banking.
What if something needs following up?
Every result carries a doctor's interpretation explaining what it means and what a sensible next step is. If you need further care we point you to the right facility. This interpretation does not replace a consultation with your own doctor.
