Our story
Plebo started as Indonesia's first phlebotomist provider platform, connecting certified blood-draw professionals with laboratories and hospitals that wanted to offer home service. From lab waiting rooms to patients' living rooms, we learned one thing: the patient experience is decided by the operations behind it.
Running home services alongside Indonesia's leading labs led us to the next step: helping build and run healthcare facilities together with partners. OneLab Diagnostics in Bintaro Jaya and Medias Healthcare in Radio Dalam became the flagships of the Plebo network, where every process from registration to results is designed and tested in the field.
Everything we learned went into the product. Today Plebo OS runs clinic and laboratory operations, while the Plebo App brings the results and services to patients. The same software that runs our flagship facilities is now open to yours.

First phlebotomist platform
Labs and hospitals were starting to offer home service but did not have enough people to collect samples. We supplied certified phlebotomists so the service could actually run. That is where we learned which part of the operation breaks first: scheduling and the sample hand-off.

We wrote the argument first

Before selling a single medical check-up package, we wrote down why it mattered. In July 2023 Plebo published a white paper on early detection. Not marketing material, but a position: health protected early is far cheaper, and far kinder, than illness treated too late.
That argument still shapes how we work. An MCU is not an annual obligation that ends with a report; it is the starting point of a health programme that keeps running. Which is why every test in our network carries a follow-up, for the employee examined and for the organisation paying for it.
